Since joining the Hamptons art community, Gene has been regularly noted in local press, including a profile in the

" Working" column of The East Hampton Star. His work has also been featured on LTV's "Hello, Hello",

"The Play is the Thing" and he has appeared many times on "the Lois Wright Show".
